Mission Statement – January 2011

My goal is to take the products and services we have developed over the last 15 years, choose the best of them, and streamline them to be a perfect fit for small businesses, schools, and churches.

At the moment, this list consists of:

• thinXP and thin7 – Windows-based network setup that turns one computer into a server for an easy-to-manage small network. (Up to 10-20 users)  Each user gets Windows XP or Windows7 desktops fed from a central server where company programs are installed.  Individual desktops, laptops, tablets, smart phones, etc, need no special programming to access the system.
• Phone Systems – Asterisk based VOIP phone solution. Plug in up to 4 normal phone lines, have all phone system features such as different behavior based on date/time, automated greetings, intelligent call handling based on caller id, voicemail, remote message access, call forwarding, and even extra numbers that ring to your office from anywhere in the country.
• Computer Sales and Service – While not our focus, this is a pivotal part of any company’s needs, so we’ll continue to assist in this capacity whenever the need presents itself. Our main goal is to get remote access configured so that we can help our customers by logging in to their computers from our office by the click of a single button.
• Website Hosting – Standard website hosting for DIYs is available, while we have moved to a WordPress-based hosting package as well.  WordPress allows customers to update their websites on their own, without the need for any special website development knowledge.  We can help you with custom designs, or you can select from thousands of existing designs, many of which are free.  (This website is powered by a free WordPress design.)  WordPress also includes blogging and many other plugins.
• ChurchData.org – web-based secure church management software.  Includes membership database, donation reporting, bulletin creation, presentation maintenance, address labels, bulk mailing, and many other useful church tools.
• ContactMyGroup.com – development in progress.  Keep in contact with your group, whether it be a ball team, church group, board of directors, marketing group, employees, or even a group of customers, ContactMyGroup allows you to not only send messages, but track who has gotten them, and organize and track any responses from the messages you send out.  Contact can be made by email, phone message, or text message, as well as all contacts being logged on a private website.
