Professional IT Services

We believe that it should be your choice whether or not you want to commit to working with us on a monthly basis, or just pay for things as they come up.  We have developed the following options for you to review.

No monthly commitment

  • Hourly rate: $175
  • Ticket system support (no phone/text support)
  • Response time: within 1 business day of ticket being opened
  • A quote will be sent to you for your approval along with a timeline for your request to be completed

Monthly Service Plans

* For all service plans below, an immediate/live response time is always our goal.  In the event we’re unavailable because we’re tied up with other customers, the response time shown is the longest you should need to wait to expect a response.

** All customers with service plans will receive an ongoing analysis and audit of their technology infrastructure, at no additional charge.  In other words, we’ll look over things and let you know any areas where we believe things need to be improved.  (Backups, equipment needing to be replaced, networks improved, etc.)  In short, we will attempt to resolve many of your problems before they happen.

Bronze Service Plan

  • $250 per month, 1 year minimum term
  • Includes 5 hours of labor per month
  • Rate for additional labor: $125/hr
  • Response time: Within 4 hours, 9am-4pm Central time, Mon-Fri
  • Ticket system support
  • Phone support

Silver Service Plan

  • $500 per month, 9-month minimum term
  • Includes 10 hours of labor per month
  • Rate for additional labor: $100/hr
  • Response time: Within 2 hours, 9am-4pm Central time, Mon-Sat
  • Ticket system support
  • Phone support
  • Text/SMS support

Gold Service Plan

  • $1000 per month, 6-month minimum term
  • Includes 20 hours of labor per month
  • Rate for additional labor: $75/hr
  • Response time: Within 2 hours, 7am-7pm Central time, Mon-Sat
  • Ticket system support
  • Phone support
  • Text/SMS support

Platinum Service Plan

  • $2500 per month, 3-month minimum term
  • Includes 50 hours of labor per month
  • Rate for additional labor: $50/hr
  • Response time: Within 1 hour, 6am-9pm Central time, Mon-Sat
  • Ticket system support
  • Phone support
  • Text/SMS support
  • After hours support if possible (nights/Sundays)
