Technology Service Plan – $50/month

My service plans are available to business customers who have a desire to have a technical person they can rely on to assist them with the IT needs of their company. This is a flat rate that covers all the products I provide as well as any custom needs a business might have. This is not a prepaid labor contract. Some of the things it covers are:

Live Phone Support
Website Hosting (one domain name, unlimited subdomains)
Email Hosting and Configuration (one domain name, unlimited email addresses)
Router Configuration and Offsite Backups (SmartRouter required)
SmartServer Configuration and Offsite Backups (up to 5gb – SmartServer required)
Phone System Configuration and Offsite Backups (SmartPBX required)
thin7 and thinXP server Configuration (thin7 or thinXP server required)
VPN Access to your network (SmartRouter required)
$50/hr labor rate

Technology Consultation / Integration – $125/hr

My areas of expertise are broad, including things like computer repair, virus removal , website design, phone system configuration, networking, wireless/wifi network security, cellphone/smartphone assistance, domain name registrations, cyber-security, perl programming, linux server administration, Apache web server configuration, SSL certificates, hardware and software sales, and just general technology advice.

Computer Repair – $75

We charge a flat rate of $75 to fix your computer. This can encompass any sort of repair that is needed, and does NOT include the cost of any parts needed to fix your computer. In most cases, problems are caused by viruses, not failing parts. If you wonder if your repair work will require parts or not – the general rule of thumb is that if your computer turns on, boots up in to Windows, and then displays its problems, that you’ve got a software problem — in other words, you aren’t looking at needing parts. If, however, your computer won’t turn on at all, or turns on but won’t show the Windows logo, you’re probably looking at a repair job where you will need some replacement parts to be installed. We will always let you know prior to finishing the repair work if parts are required, and exactly how much they will cost.

We do need to charge a trip charge for each visit to your home or office based on the following criteria:

Within 6 miles (Waco, Utica) – $10
Within 15 miles (York, Gresham, Beaver Crossing, Cordova, McCool Junction, Benedict) – $25
Within 30 miles (Seward, Milford, Geneva, Henderson, Aurora, Stromsburg, Osceola, Friend, Exeter, Shelby) – $50
Outside service areas shown above – billed standard mileage rates + travel time.
